Investors Guide To Success With Penny Stocks By the time you are done reading this you will wonder why you didn’t think of this stuff before! My name is Michael Schulz and I have a relatively simple question for you… Have you ever wanted to invest in the stock market but didn’t know how? If you answered yes, then read on…. If not, click your back browser, and have a nice day. About 16 years ago, I answered YES to that very same question, and one day decided to try it out….BLIND! Bad move on my part, I lost $1000.00 in about 2 weeks which was alot of money to me in 1991. …..Pay very close attention to the next few paragraphs, I am going to tell you what I’ve Learned in the past 16 years since that mistake. First, when I started investing, I was doing it to subsidize my income. I was always looking at blue chip stocks that had a high price tag of say at least $5.00 and up.. What I didn’t realize then was that on a small investment ($1000.00 or under) it would be hard to make a decent profit on a stock that traded at that price… It would have to go to $10.00 to double your money, and how often do you see that?! My friend Ezra Goldwright told me about this company he had invested in that went up about 210% in under two weeks, and to my surprise it was a penny stock… …..Things started to come together! If you look at it, and think about it, it is a whole lot easier for a stock to go from $0.05 to $0.10 than it is for a stock to go from $5.00 to $10.00….Much easier! Secondly, in 1991 the internet wasn’t an option to do research on these smaller companies so I started hanging around with some of my more pretentious friends who worked on Wall Street, so I could learn more about research techniques, and try to pick up the odd stock tip here and there.. It took a while to gather the information I needed to make a stock pick, but when I did, I usually did pretty good (after a bit of trial and error). Things are a lot easier now, with the internet… ! You can look up a company’s financial, go to their website, “google” them, the amount of information you can dig up is literally endless. ……My point is this……… If you dont know anything about stocks, it really doesn’t matter anymore! There are thousands of websites dedicated to providing us all with FREE stock picks, and while that sounds to good to be true, it really is that good! When looking for a website that gives you FREE stock picks, there are a few things you need to look out for in order to guarantee success. 1) Make sure the website is not compensated for giving you their picks!……This is very important because if they have been compensated then the chances are that they are not using any sort of actual technical analysis to give you their picks, they are simply being paid to put up a company’s symbol! 2) Find a site that doesn’t send out too many picks (2 or 3 a month at the most) ! Sites that put out a whole bunch of different picks are most likely trying to use your buying for some sort of a pump and dump scheme! 3) DEFINITELY sign up to their newsletter and follow it for their next few picks to see how they actually perform, after all it IS FREE and you have nothing to lose by watching! 4) Email the web-site and ask them how they get their picks (What sort of technical analysis if any they use, what kind of trends they follow, and what kind of past success they have had) – - - 5) Make sure you are comfortable, and always remember the stock market is governed by 2 laws….The law of FEAR and GREED.. That being said, never get GREEDY, and never invest any money you aren’t prepared to lose!
